We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. Payment must be made through our authorized payment gateways (SSLCommerz, bKash) at the time of purchase.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Scentora is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or customs. Risk of loss and title for items purchased from Scentora pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (perfumes and personal care), we can only accept returns for items that are unopened and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information on how to process a return.
