Refund & Returns

At Scentora, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our luxury fragrances. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
Due to health and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:
- The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- The product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging (including the plastic wrap).
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products that have been opened or had their protective seal removed.
- Items purchased during a "Final Sale" or promotional clearance event.
- Gift cards.
- Sample sets or discovery kits.
3. Damaged or Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that your fragrance arrives damaged, leaking, or faulty, please contact us immediately at support@scentorabd.com with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (e.g., bKash or SSLCommerz).
- Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed by your financial institution.
5. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is damaged or faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
