Shipping Questions Answered
Yes! We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Delivery times vary by location — typically 2–3 days for major cities and 3–5 days for other districts.
Yes, COD is available for orders up to ৳5,000. Simply select "Cash on Delivery" at checkout and pay the courier when your parcel arrives.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an SMS and email containing your courier tracking number. You can use it on the courier's website to track your parcel live.
We take packaging very seriously, but if a product arrives damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours via the Contact page or WhatsApp. We'll replace it at no cost.
Address changes are only possible before the order is dispatched. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you need to change your address.
For Dhaka city orders placed before 2 PM on business days, we aim for next-day delivery. Contact us for urgent orders — we'll do our best to accommodate.
Delays can occasionally happen due to high demand, public holidays, or courier backlogs. Check your tracking number first. If there's no update for 48 hours, contact us and we'll investigate.
Your order is shipped in a plain outer box with no branding visible on the outside. The Scentora branded packaging is inside, protecting your fragrance.
